Senior Graphic Designer
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join ANTON Jewellery and lead the visual expression of our luxury brand across all platforms.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and leadership team, you will take ownership of ANTON’s visual identity across all platforms.
You will design, execute, and elevate creative assets that reflect ANTON’s premium positioning while ensuring brand consistency, speed, and excellence in execution.
Key responsibilities
You will take ownership of ANTON’s visual execution across digital, print, campaigns, brand identity, and client experience touchpoints. This role requires both creative vision and production precision — ensuring every asset reflects ANTON’s luxury positioning while supporting commercial objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, including seasonal launches and influencer collaboration materials
• Creating website and e-commerce assets such as hero banners, landing page graphics, UI elements, size guides, care instructions, and optimised product imagery
• Developing EDM templates, weekly newsletters, VIP communications, and promotional call-to-action graphics
• Designing digital and print advertising assets (Google, Meta, magazine, outdoor), campaign launch materials, event invitations, and press kits
• Producing event and experiential collateral including trunk show materials, masterclass graphics, visual merchandising assets, booking confirmations, and VIP touchpoints
• Designing print and packaging materials including business stationery, gift box concepts, care cards, warranty documentation, and after-sales collateral
• Maintaining and evolving brand consistency, developing sub-brand identities for collections, and managing style guides and asset libraries
• Supporting photoshoots through moodboarding, image resizing, retouching assistance, and colour correction
• Creating internal presentations, onboarding materials, performance reports, and executive-level design support, including personal branding assets for company owners when required
About You
We are looking for a designer who understands luxury, composition, typography, and brand restraint.
You combine creativity with commercial awareness — knowing when to push boundaries and when to preserve heritage.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• 3+ years’ experience in graphic or digital design
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium brand work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience designing across digital, print, and e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of social media formatting and paid ad specifications
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• A refined aesthetic aligned with high-end brand positioning
