Financial Planning Assistant
The Role
Preparation of regular Portfolio Valuations for clients – including assets & liabilities schedule, portfolio valuations, performance calculations and asset allocation
Liaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers and other third parties to follow up on transactions
Assist with contribution calculations
Managing annual reviews and Financial Directions (FDs) / Opt-ins
Assisting in projects for process improvement, technology, and client experience
Ensure Xplan is up-to-date and review processes and templates within to ensure they remain relevant
Prepare client review documentation, statements of advice, and financial reports
Manage client queries and ensure timely, accurate communication
Maintain client records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Who are we looking for?
We seek an experienced Client Service Administrator to join our team, who will work closely with team of investment professionals, you will provide personalised and exceptional support to our valued clients.
To be successful in this role you must have:
Experience in a financial planning business with a record of implementing strategies
Organised and proactive work approach
Previous experience in a client services or administration role within the financial planning or wealth management industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial planning software Xplan
A proactive and client-focused approach

Time & hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, working 7am to 4pm (Cebu time) to align closely with Australian time.
Working hours are 7.5 hours (1.5 hrs break built into the above times).
This is an office-based role in Cebu (current location in Lexmark Plaza 3, Cebu Business Park)
Benefits Package:
Salary range 35,000 – 42,000 (Gross per month)
Personal HMO Coverage plus up to two dependents
27 days leave per year – usable for sick leave, personal leave, or vacation
