Asset Finance Admin Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administration & Brokerage Assistant to support the Australian asset finance broking team of Premier Finance Group.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficient processing of asset finance applications from initial client onboarding through to lender submission, approval, and settlement. You will work closely with Australian brokers to prepare compliant and well-structured finance applications for business and consumer asset purchases, including vehicles, equipment, and commercial assets.

This position is ideal for someone with at least 2+ years of experience in banking, finance, or accounting who understands financial documentation, credit assessment fundamentals, and the importance of accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Accurately input client Fact Finds and financial data into CRM systems and lender portals

• Review, organise, and verify supporting documents including financial statements, bank statements, tax returns, and asset invoices/quotes

• Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information prior to submission

• Prepare and package asset finance applications in line with lender requirements Interpret lender credit policies to ensure appropriate supporting documents are obtained and submitted

• Interpret lender credit policies and ensure appropriate documentation is obtained

• Calculate serviceability indicators and assist brokers in preliminary credit assessments

• Lodge applications via lender portals and aggregator systems

• Monitor application progress daily and proactively follow up with lenders for updates

• Maintain accurate workflow updates to keep brokers informed at every stage

• Support files through approval and settlement, ensuring all pre-settlement conditions are met

• Maintain organised digital records across broker CRM, lender systems, and internal platforms

• Ensure compliance with Australian responsible lending and regulatory standards

 

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced financial services environment.

 

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in banking, asset finance, lending support, or accounting

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously

• Willingness to learn and adapt to Australian asset finance products, credit policies, and systems

Highly Regarded:

• Knowledge of asset finance processing or commercial lending support

• Experience reviewing loan documentation and preparing files for submission

• Familiarity with Australian CRMs such as MyCRM, Apply Online, and lender portals

• Certificate IV in Financial Services and Mortgage Broking (Australian qualification)

Time & hours:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday working 7am to 4pm (Cebu time) to align closely with Australian time.

• Working hours are 7.5 hours (1.5 hrs break built into the above times).

• This is an office-based role, in Cebu (current location near Ayala in the Business Park)
